It might not be explicitly called out, but a Tier 0 probably needs to be around the data quality and readiness itself. 99% of companies probably just deal with messy data, which is not ready for agentic use at all. That’s the biggest challenge I see for most companies to get into a solid Tier 1-3 rhythm .
Most of the mission-driven founders I coach are experts in their field but feel like 'idiots' when it comes to the mechanics of scaling or marketing. That internal critic causes a massive judgment gap where they either freeze or over-analyze data that doesn't actually solve the problem.
